Hideaway lots include 30/50 Amp power, water, trash, sewer, and basic internet service.
The Hideaway was created to serve residents of south Kansas City and intentionally values community building and organic living. The tiny village is spread across 5 beautiful acres peppered with lush forest and creek beds. Tiny homes are legal in Lincoln, Nebraska, with some specificities. The city requires the tiny home to be at least 120 square feet for one person, 220 square feet for two occupants, and 320 for three.

We have a beautiful custom built tiny home on wheels (triple axle with brand new tires) that we need to sell due to a job transfer. The home is 2 1/2 years old. It is completely run on solar (8 panels, 4 batteries), but it also has 50 amp hookups too. It has custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, soaking tub with a rain head shower. It also has French doors, two lofts, as well as a stand up master bedroom. We have stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. We love it, but unfortunately, cannot move with us.
