Curious it says on your site tiny homes of Tampa Bay. When I searched land in Tampa in Hillsborough county or even Pinellas county it said tiny homes were not permitted because they aren’t zoned to be there. So how does a community have tiny homes to rent out in Tampa?

Yes i am looking to put multiple tiny houses on my property in Pembroke Pines Florida. Do you handle electrical and plumbing hook ups for these homes?
Im interested in converting my truck into a RV styled tiny home. The shower area (30 square) with an incinerator toilet in the back. A small sink and stove top, small full size refrigerator, swing down TV (75 in) and two turn around power recliners for the driver and pax seats (to view the TV) and a tray table for meals or computer use. Im a disabled vet looking to travel, wanting to maximize gas mileage.
