Eagle Homes

Located in Rogers, Arkansas, Eagle Homes prides itself on being the only tiny house living community in Arkansas at this time. The community was created in 2021, so the properties are fairly new. Eagle Homes on Monte Ne is made up of 50 detached tiny homes that are each 400 square feet, give or take, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The homes also have room to park one car.

The tiny houses are independently customizable to fit the individual preferences of its residents. Members of the Eagle Homes community are not renters — they buy the homes from the founders of the community. Pricing begins at $70,000 per home. You can contact creators Dave and Chris Gallo if you are interested in joining their tiny community.

Sanctuary Escala

Sanctuary Escala is an intentional living community that is also part sacred healing space, retreat center, teaching center, organic farm, and eco-village. Located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the community is made up of multiple alternative housing styles where community members can live.

The property includes tiny houses, yurts, tee-pees, geo-dome homes, treehouses, tents, cargo trailers, RV’s, converted buses, and naturally built structures. You can rent spaces, purchase spaces, or set up a work exchange in order to live in the community.

Formed recently in 2018, this community is entirely off-grid and has adopted practices like permaculture farming, rainwater catchment systems, reliance on solar power, greywater recycling, and shared composting systems to live out their sustainable ideals. The sanctuary also has many communal living and recreational spaces, including a garden and greenhouse, library, workshop, kitchen, auditorium, vehicle share, and more.

  1. We have abandoned our hopes (and plans) to build a tiny home. Have a very nice, new trailer built expressly for the project. 23′ x 99″ platform. Hoping to recover original investment. I suspect that you probably have your own source for trailers, but if you have any interest, this one is ready to go. Located in Aurora, MO, about 90 minutes from Bentonville. It is posted on Springfield Craigslist.

  2. Do you buy tiny house? I have a new build tiny house everything is code I have a construction company to back it? Had built it for a family member to move back it didn’t work out. It’s a 14×32 1bed 1 bath with laundry and dryer hook up, full kitchen, spray foam insulation. Super nice if interested please send me an email I need to sell ASAP!   3. I would like to build a tiny home. I have a basic idea of what I would like to get. This includes solarand composting toliet and washer dryer combo electric hot water tank. Hydrology bed over living area and loft over the other suds area. Kitchen work full size stove, etc I would like a new build to move to land on lake
